Position: Customer Care Assistant
Hours: please note this role will consist of antisocial hours, nights, evenings and weekends
Wage: Experience Dependent
Location: Boston, UK
Details: We are seeking an energetic, motivated and self-driven individual to join our Customer Care team, who has the ability to work alone, and as part of a team. Duties will include welcoming patrons across our rapidly expanding portfolio of hotels, apartments and holiday homes, responding to customer enquiries and attending properties in the event of minor issues.

Requirements:
Driving License
Good command of English (Spoken and Written)
Ability to use a computer
Good telephone manner
Customer focussed
Ability to work with the public.

Advantageous:
Hotel experience
A keen eye for detail
Housekeeping and maintenance skills
